Please enter your e-mail address (as it is found on the chapter mailing list database) and your EAA membership number. Your EAA number must be entered with no leading zeros. Therefore, if your membership number shows on your EAA membership card as being '0012345' then you would enter '12345' leaving off the two leading zeros.
